When will my order ship?

When will I receive my order?

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your pin code.
  
  

Where do you deliver?

• We currently ship pan-India.
  
  

• International shipping is not available at this time.
  
  

Do you charge a shipping fee?

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  
  

• ₹100 flat fee applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Can I cancel my order?

How can I track my order?

• Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
  
  

• Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after the shipment has been processed.
  
  

What if my package is lost or stolen?

• Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping partner, ARC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
