Refund policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

Size not quite right? Received a damaged product? Changed your mind? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. At Arc, our returns and exchanges are designed to be simple, transparent, and seamless.

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Once your request has been accepted by our team, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email, and our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 1–3 business days.


 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal.

 


 

Return Policy

  • A flat fee of ₹150 will be applied to all returns. This fee covers shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders : You may choose to receive your refund either as store credit or via your original payment method.

  • COD Orders : Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued only as store credit, UPI transfer or bank transfer.

  • Non-Refundable Charges : Original shipping and COD charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Eligibility : Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. All product tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse, and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Quality Control & Final Eligibility : All returned items undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) inspection at our warehouse. Items failing inspection due to stains, signs of use, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

In such cases, we will offer to ship the item back to you at a flat reshipment fee of ₹100, payable prior to dispatch via a payment link sent to your email or WhatsApp.

If the reshipment fee is not paid or no response is received within 14 (fourteen) days, the item(s) will be permanently forfeited and will no longer be eligible for reshipment.

 


 

Exchange Policy

  • One-Time Free Exchange : Each order is eligible for one free size or product exchange.

  • Second Exchange : A ₹200 handling and shipping fee will apply for a second exchange request on the same order.

  • Eligibility : Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. All tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Quality Control & Final Eligibility : All exchanged items undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) inspection at our warehouse. Items failing inspection due to stains, signs of use, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

In such cases, we will offer to ship the item back to you at a flat reshipment fee of ₹100, payable prior to dispatch via a payment link sent to your email or WhatsApp.

  • Availability : Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  • Discount Clause : Discounts applied to the original purchase will not be carried forward to exchanged items. The exchanged item will be billed at the current selling price.

  • Price Difference :  Any difference in price during an exchange will be issued only as store credit.

For example, if you purchase a product for ₹2000 and exchange it for a product priced at ₹1900, the ₹100 difference will be issued as store credit.

 


 

Pickup & Shipping Rules

  • Reverse Pickup : Reverse pickup will be arranged only in serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.

  • Non-Serviceable Areas : If your area is non-serviceable, you may self-ship the product via India Post. Once the item passes the QC check, we will reimburse ₹70 towards the shipping cost.

  • Pickup Attempts : A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made to collect your return or exchange. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the request will be automatically cancelled.

  • Single Pickup Rule : All return or exchange items from the same order must be sent together in one pickup. Items not included in the initial pickup will not be eligible for a subsequent free pickup.

 


 

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Accessories : Accessories such as caps, totes, and similar items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Unauthorized Returns : Products sent to our warehouse without an approved return or exchange request will not be accepted or refunded. Arc is not responsible for the tracking or safety of unsolicited packages.

  • Return Approval : Arc reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request if the product fails to meet the Quality Check criteria outlined above.

  • Order Cancellation : Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and returns must be initiated after delivery as per this policy.

  • Missing Item Claims : Claims regarding missing items must be reported within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Such claims are subject to a mandatory internal investigation, and Arc reserves the right to make the final decision based on logistics records and warehouse footage. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
